41. Describe a time when you were asked to give your opinion in a questionnaire or survey.

You should say:

Sample Answer

I remember a time when I was asked to give my opinion in a survey about customer satisfaction at a local restaurant.

The questionnaire was designed to gather feedback from patrons about their dining experience at the restaurant. It covered various aspects such as food quality, service efficiency, cleanliness, ambiance, and overall satisfaction.

I was asked to participate in the survey because I had recently dined at the restaurant, and my feedback was valued in helping the management understand areas of strength and areas for improvement.

In the survey, I provided my honest opinions about the food quality, which I found to be excellent, the friendly and attentive service, the cleanliness of the restaurant, and the inviting ambiance. Overall, I expressed high satisfaction with my dining experience and mentioned that I would likely recommend the restaurant to others.

Giving my opinions in the questionnaire felt empowering and meaningful. It provided me with an opportunity to share my thoughts and insights, knowing that my feedback could potentially contribute to making positive changes at the restaurant.
