Sample Answer

One person who has dedicated their life to helping others is Mother Teresa, also known as Saint Teresa of Calcutta.

Mother Teresa lived in Kolkata, India, where she founded the Missionaries of Charity, a Roman Catholic religious congregation that operates numerous charitable organizations dedicated to serving the poor and marginalized.

Throughout her life, Mother Teresa tirelessly worked to alleviate the suffering of the poorest of the poor, providing them with food, shelter, medical care, and dignity. She and her sisters ministered to the sick, orphaned, and dying, offering love, compassion, and support to those in need.

Mother Teresa's selfless devotion to serving others earned her worldwide recognition and admiration. She received numerous awards and honors for her humanitarian work, including the Nobel Peace Prize in 1979.

I know about Mother Teresa and her work through various sources, including books, documentaries, and media coverage. Her legacy continues to inspire countless people around the world to devote themselves to helping others and making a positive difference in the world.

One person who has devoted their life to helping others is Dr. Kailash Satyarthi.

Dr. Kailash Satyarthi is an Indian children's rights activist who has dedicated his life to ending child labor and promoting the education and welfare of children. He was born in Vidisha, a town in the Indian state of Madhya Pradesh, and currently resides in New Delhi, India.

Dr. Satyarthi has been instrumental in leading various campaigns and initiatives aimed at rescuing children from exploitative labor conditions and advocating for their rights. He founded the Bachpan Bachao Andolan (Save the Childhood Movement) in 1980, an organization dedicated to ending child labor and trafficking in India.

Through his work with Bachpan Bachao Andolan and other organizations, Dr. Satyarthi has conducted numerous raids and rescue operations to free children from bonded labor, trafficking, and slavery. He has also been involved in grassroots advocacy efforts to raise awareness about the plight of child laborers and mobilize support for legislative and policy reforms to protect children's rights.

Dr. Satyarthi's tireless efforts have led to significant progress in the fight against child labor in India and beyond. He has been recognized with numerous awards and honors for his work, including the Nobel Peace Prize in 2014, which he shared with Malala Yousafzai for their struggle against the suppression of children and young people and for the right of all children to education.
